Fully automatic control system. The entire sterilization process is controlled by a computer PLC, which can be completed at one time without manual operation. The chart medicine is used and the screen is used for touch control. All time periods are controlled by analog sensors and automatic valves, which can switch from a single sterilization process to a multi-stage sterilization process. The pressure and temperature are displayed digitally, and various pressure modes and temperature modes suitable for any product can be programmed into the computer in advance.

The water immersion retort is suitable for a wide range of pouches meat products. It transfers heat through hot water circulation, so that the product is evenly heated, which can effectively kill bacteria, spores and other microorganisms, and ensure the safety and long shelf life of meat products.
However, there are some limitations. For example, if the packaging material of the products cannot withstand high temperatures and certain pressures, the packaging may break during the sterilization process, resulting in product damage and sterilization failure.
