  Water immersion retort features: Hot water is prepared in advance in the top water tank to start the sterilization process at high temperature and achieve the fast temperature rising, after sterilization, hot water is recycled and pumped back to the top water tank to achieve the purpose of energy-saving.

It can be used to sterilize food such as meat products, dairy products, egg products, soybean products, soft package corns and large-head package products.
